Wireframing for SaaS MVPs and Web ApplicationsAnna Podrez
I create wireframes for SaaS applications with complex workflows, multiple user roles, dashboards, tables, and forms.
I work through product structure, navigation, and screen logic before visual design, using your requirements, user stories, and existing materials.
๐ฏ What I Can Help With
Review product requirements and business rules.
Organize modules and navigation.
Map user actions, decisions, and alternative paths.
Design wireframes for the required screens.
Identify missing steps and relevant interface states.
๐ฆ What You Receive
An organized Figma file with the materials developed during the agreed work:
A sitemap or screen map where needed.
User flows with steps, decisions, and screen connections.
Low-fidelity wireframes with proposed layouts and actions.
Alternative paths and states relevant to the agreed scenarios.
Named sections with screens arranged in sequence.
Notes explaining business rules and open questions.
These materials provide a foundation for UI design, development planning, and product discussions.
Clickable Figma prototypes or functional HTML/CSS prototypes with Claude can be estimated separately when you need to demonstrate or test the proposed behavior.
๐ฐ Pricing & Estimation
After reviewing your materials, I estimate the hours, budget, and timeline based on my current hourly rate, confirmed before work begins. Analysis, design, discussions, and revisions are billed for the actual time spent.
I confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and my availability. Any turnaround estimate runs from the agreed start date. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
๐ค How We Work Together
Once you approve the estimate, you prepay an agreed number of working hours. I work within that allocation and share the results for your review. If youโre happy to continue, you fund the next block of hours before further work begins.
We review the work in stages. New requirements are assessed and estimated as they arise.
๐ What I Need to Get Started
Share your product description, required features, user roles, and available requirements or user stories. Existing screens, workflow diagrams, references, and technical constraints are helpful.
Send what you have. Iโll review it and clarify missing information with you.
๐ฌ Letโs Discuss Your Project
๐ Before placing an order, I recommend a short free consultation to review your product scope and wireframing goals.
๐ฉ Feel free to send me a message now to discuss your project and receive an initial estimate.
