I conduct usability sessions to understand how people complete tasks in your SaaS product or prototype.
I observe where participants hesitate, make errors, misunderstand the interface, or cannot finish, then translate those findings into recommendations for the product team.
🎯 What I Can Help With
Define research questions, tasks, and participant criteria.
Check that the product or prototype supports the test scenarios.
Conduct moderated sessions and observe user behavior.
Review recordings and identify recurring difficulties.
Compare findings with the initial hypotheses.
Recommend design changes and further testing.
πŸ“¦ What You Receive Depending on the agreed testing work, you receive:
A test plan with questions, tasks, and participant criteria.
Session notes and recordings where consent allows.
Observed difficulties linked to specific steps or screens.
A summary of recurring patterns and task outcomes.
Practical recommendations and hypotheses to test.
A review of findings and proposed next steps.
Sessions can use an existing product, a clickable Figma prototype, or a functional HTML/CSS prototype with Claude. The format is chosen around the behavior you need to investigate.
πŸ’° Pricing & Estimation After reviewing the product and testing goals, I estimate preparation, sessions, analysis, and reporting. Any additional work is assessed using my current hourly rate.
The number of participants, recruitment arrangements, tools, schedule, and any related costs are agreed before work begins. Preparing or updating a prototype is estimated where needed.
I confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and my availability. Any turnaround estimate runs from the agreed start date. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
🀝 How We Work Together We agree on the research questions, tasks, participants, and estimated effort. You prepay an agreed block of hours before work begins.
I run the planned sessions, analyze the observations, and share the findings. Further analysis, design revisions, or follow-up testing are estimated and funded before continuing.
πŸ“‹ What I Need to Get Started Share your product or prototype, target users, testing goals, and known concerns. Let me know whether you already have access to suitable participants so we can agree on recruitment and scheduling.
πŸ’¬ Let’s Discuss Your Project πŸ‘‹ Before placing an order, I recommend a short free consultation to review your product, research questions, and testing goals.
