Summary

A resume is distinctive and specific to get a reader's attention and elicit the invitation for an interview. I use the job description for key words and your background info to saturate resume elements that surprise and arouse the readers interest. Hiring managers spend 20-seconds at first review on the resume - then it goes into a yes or a no pile for later review. At second reading the resume speaks directly to the reader based on the words he/she used to create the job description. Your skills, knowledge, and experience speak directly to the organization's need for your service and the match gets you the call for an interview.
The resume gets the interview - the interview gets the job offer. I also offer a service so that you learn how to speak like your resume sounds. It's all about the organization and what you can do for them and it starts with the written word. After that, it's your "performance of a lifetime" that gets the job offer, and I can help you with that too.
Note: This service requires a Zoom meeting since it is a custom resume design. I will require a job description and the name of the company also, your current resume (no matter how outdated it is). If you don't have a resume, then I will send you a resume worksheet to fill out to save time during our session. You will be able to see the creation of your resume at the exact time it's being written. It will respond specifically to the job announcement and written with exact details in your experience that apply to the job - even if it's a career change. There is the value of 1 rewrite for this service if you may decide to send it to more than one employer and need a small edit. Otherwise there is a Resume Edit service offered.
