Hiring managers spend 20-seconds at first review on the resume - then it goes into a yes or a no pile for later review. At second reading the resume speaks directly to the reader based on the words he/she used to create the job description. Note: This service requires a Zoom meeting since it is a custom resume design. I will require a job description and the name of the company also, your current resume (no matter how outdated it is). You will be able to see the creation of your resume at the exact time it's being written. It will respond specifically to the job announcement and written with exact details in your experience that apply to the job - even if it's a career change. There is the value of 1 rewrite for this service if you may decide to send it to more than one employer and need a small edit. Otherwise, there is a Resume Edit service offered.
