Summary

Sometimes we all need that listening ear, a sounding board, or that little push to get us going again. For small businesses or individual creatives, sometimes that can be hard to find - especially when maybe you're needing some specific advice, rather than platitudes!

That's why I offer back to basic creative consulting services for projects, products, and businesses to support ambitious development. With a personalised and collaborative approach I work with you to discover your ambition, identify challenges, and explore how to get there through strategic road-mapping.

✨ A client questionnaire and a 60min 1-1 to get into the nitty gritty of why your here, what you want, and your business/project right at the start. Either in person or online.

🔍 A roadmap to detail options to the what, how, and why's to reaching your goals.

💪 Practical actions with clarified ideas, to give you a confident start to moving forward.

📧 Email Delivery: Everything we discussed during our call will be sent over by email within 5-7 business days (including a recording of our session!)

What's included

1-1 Establishing Session
A pre-client survey and 60 minute session to explore the following: Current business/project status, challenges and goals, and initial road-mapping.
Roadmap
Following from the establishing session I will pull together all the information and discussions we had to create a road-map. This plan will detail ideas for the what, how, and why's to reaching your goals. The plan will explore variable, explain risks, and tease out options to be tailor made to your business or project. This could include marketing strategies, brand design, community outreach, audience research, etc. Please note the road-map is not a project plan or schedule, but rather a strategy plan. The plan is yours to keep and you can use it however you see fit. You could use it yourself as a jumping point, or approach other project managers to deliver. Of course, there is always the option of continuing our relationship by utilising my Project Management service.
