As a creative myself, I KNOW the importance of having the foundations of strong management to give my projects the best chance of succeeding. It doesn't sit right with me that as business owners you often go to Project Managers such as myself seeking help and what you get offered is a number of hours at a certain rate. That's why I work collaboratively, and insist that that every new project goes through a road mapping process to work with you to establish what the solution you require actually looks like.

📊 Detailed project plan, including timeline, budget, reporting, and logistics. Given before final sign off and official start, with you given a period of revision, and then live updates during projects.
💪On the ground project management, giving you the confidence in your success.
📱Agreed Slack communication and regular check ups.
📧Delivery: Official mid point review and close out report.

What's included
Step 1: Establishing Session
A pre-client survey and 60 minute session to cover the following: Project Outline, Expectations, and initial project road-map.
Step 2: Road-Mapping
Following from the establishing session I will pull together all the information and discussions we had to create a full road-map. This plan will detail ideas for the what, how, and why's to reaching your goals. The plan will explore variable, explain risks, and tease out options to be tailor made to your business or project. This could include marketing strategies, brand design, community outreach, audience research, etc.
Step 3: Full Project Plan
Development of full project plan including project schedule, project budget, working method, communication channels, reviews.
Step 4: Confirmation & Start
1-1 confirmation meeting: On receipt of the above documents, a 30 min meeting will take place to note any requested changes, sign off on documents, and confirm details.
Step 5: Project Delivery
Project Management for delivery includes: on the ground management of project logistics, regular slack communication, regular scheduled catch ups, and formal review points.
Step 6: Close Out
Project close including full project report and other agreed deliverables.
