How do we assign, monitor, and manage the task?
We will be using Trello to manage and monitor tasks.
What are the working hours?
Our technical team will work 9AM-6PM GMT+7 Jakarta, Indonesia Time while management team will be available from 8AM to 10PM Jakarta Time.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
How do we communicate and discuss the project?
We use Slack as a communication tool to discuss updates and feedback. We will also use Google Meet for a more efficient discussion if necessary.
How many revisions can we make in a project?
Unlimited! You can always request revisions to be made till it looks as desired.
Can you work for my clients?
Absolutely. One of our main goals is to help you finish tasks. Not to mention, when you enjoy your days off.
