FAQs
If I’m rebranding, can I keep the same logo?
That’s up to you! I’ll provide my thoughts and expertise on whether a logo rebrand is essential but ultimately, that choice is up to you.
What if I’m new? And I don't know what I want my brand to look like?
Ahhh. Well, you can thank my weird interest in human psychology …because together, we’re going to figure that out! It depends on what your brand is, your ideal and/or current customer demographic, and a myriad of other circumstances, like strategy and competition. Ultimately, we want to make a brand that you’re happy with but that is also memorable online.

If you’re starting from step one and need to fully create your brand’s identity, we would first start in the development phase. 1. Discovery Phase: • Define the brand’s mission, vision, and values. • Conduct market research to understand the industry, target audience, and competitors. • Identify key differentiators and unique selling propositions. 2. Strategy Development: • Establish the brand positioning in the market. • Define the brand personality, tone, and messaging. • Determine key brand attributes that resonate with the target audience. Timeline: 1-2 weeks The timeframe for developing a brand identity is influenced by various factors, including the scope of the project, the complexity of the brand, and the efficiency of collaboration.
Brand Kit
A full layout of your brand’s visual identity. This includes your brand palette ( both hex codes and CMYK values), brand fonts ( web/social ), icons (if applicable), imagery mood-board, logos ( primary and secondary ), collateral board ( what your branding looks like on business cards, digital assets, social media graphics), instructions for maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand image. • Discovery and Strategy: Research on the brand, its values, target audience, and competitive landscape. • Design Development: Create initial design concepts for the logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements. • Feedback and Revisions: Collaborate with the client to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to refine the Brand Kit. Timeline: 3-4 weeks The timeframe for creating a Brand Kit can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the brand, the extent of design elements required, and the speed of collaboration and decision-making between the client and the myself.
