During our initial meeting, I’d like to see what you hope to accomplish after the project.

So, to help us get started quickly, I would appreciate it if you to bring me some reference images and videos that showcase your desired outcomes. Additionally, it would be helpful for me to understand your competitors, identify any gaps in their approach, and learn about what you intend to do to differentiate yourself from them.

And based on this conversation, I will prepare a proposal that details the project's scope, estimated timeline, and cost. Once the proposal is accepted, we can proceed to the next phase of the project.

First Meeting

We will get to know each other and discuss what we hope to accomplish by the end of our project. I'd like to know who your competitors are and if they've done anything similar to what we're going for. We'll look at some reference materials and discuss how we can improve our project to make it more distinctive and appealing.

Second Meeting

I'll show you how the project is progressing and we'll begin revising it.Following the meeting, I will complete the adjustments and submit them for approval.
