About this service

Summary

By offering both design and development services, I provide an efficient process from initial concept to product launch, providing clients with a fully realized and functional product.

Process

I. My process begins with understanding your vision and business objectives. Through comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, I identify opportunities and define a clear product strategy that aligns with your goals.
II. In-depth research and competitive analysis -
I look into your target audience as well as competitors in the industry, and if needed, I develop detailed user personas that represent your target audience. This ensures that every design decision is rooted in actual user needs and behaviors.
III. Product Roadmap Development -
I create a strategic product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines. This roadmap serves as a guide to keep the project on track and aligned with your business objectives.
IV. Wireframing -
Using Figma, I design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes. These wireframes provide a visual structure of the product, focusing on layout and functionality before moving into detailed design.
V. Prototyping & Interaction Design -
With tools like Framer, I develop interactive prototypes that simulate user interactions. These prototypes are essential for testing usability and gathering feedback early in the design process.
VI. User Interface (UI) Design -
I flesh out the designs in Figma or Framer, ensuring that the interface is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. My designs are user-centric and reflect your brand identity.
VII. Design System Creation -
To maintain consistency, I develop a design system that includes style guides, component libraries, and reusable design elements. This system ensures a cohesive look and feel across all parts of the product.
VIII. Website or App Development -
Leveraging Framer, I then build fully functional websites ready for launch. For app development, I translate the UI/UX designs into a responsive and high-performing application.
IX. Accessibility & Inclusivity -
I prioritize accessibility by conducting thorough accessibility audits and adhering to standards like WCAG. This ensures that your product is usable by everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
X. Launch & Post-Launch Support
I oversee the launch of your product, ensuring that everything is in place for a successful rollout. Post-launch, if requested, I provide analytics insights and ongoing support to continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data.

FAQs

  • How long will it take to complete the project?

The time varies according to the scope. However, in general, a simple Framer landing page takes around 3-6 days, while a complete website(4-5 pages) design and development, along with usability tests and quality assurance takes around 2-4 weeks. Some projects, when done from scratch, beginning with conceptual brand moodboarding, take up to a month or two depending upon the scope of work.

  • What deliverables will I receive?

Typical deliverables include wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, live Framer sites, Figma files, and finalized design systems. On request, I also provide training or documentation to help clients maintain the site.

  • Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Design is an iterative process and I offer revisions during the design stage. I move to development only after the design has been finalized by the client/stakeholders.

  • Can you help with website development as well?

Yes. The website is completely off your plate. The end-to-end service ensures the design is fully implemented into a functional website. This often includes interactive elements and animations.

Recommendations

(5.0)

I had an impressive experience working with Saumya. She redesigned our landing page, improved our conversions, and helped us attract more customers. For the past twenty years, I have worked with many web designers, and working with Saumya was absolutely refreshing. She's someone I can rely on for all things design. She was responsive and on time. I have hired her for consecutive projects. When I work with her, I know my projects are in good hands. If you have a chance to hire her, go for it.
