• Who is behind this collective?

  Currently, I'm Abraham "Abe" Trevino, Creator of The NVIERNO Project, and I'm leading this web design initiative. I am the Creative Director at Nvierno Media & Design Co., administrating my responsibilities with my fellow Stewards in order to grow into a true creative union where every member will have an equal voice in decisions.

• How does project leadership work?

  We believe in distributed leadership based on expertise and project needs. When we take on a web design project, the person best suited for that particular type of work takes the lead role. This could be based on their experience with similar industries, technical specialization, or creative vision that aligns with the client's needs. Leadership rotates naturally based on what each project requires.

• What makes you different from traditional web design agencies?

  Unlike traditional agencies with fixed hierarchies, we operate as a collective where decision-making is shared among equals. This means you get more diverse perspectives on your project, and we're not constrained by rigid corporate structures. Every voice in our collective contributes to making your website the best it can be.

• Since you're currently a one-person operation, how do I know you can handle my project?

  Great question! While the collective is growing, I bring the full expertise and dedication that will define our collaborative approach. Every project I take on receives the same level of attention and quality that our future collective will provide. If there are any additional components that your website requires, I will pass it on to my fellow Stewards to assist with bringing your technical concept into reality. Plus, this means you get direct access to the founder and vision-setter of the collective—you'll be working with the best of the best, of the best.

• What happens as the collective grows?

  As we add talented designers and developers, you'll benefit from an even richer pool of expertise. New members are carefully selected not just for their skills, but for their commitment to our collaborative values. Your project will always benefit from collective input, whether we're one person or ten.

• How do I get started?

  Simply reach out to discuss your vision! Since every project is different, we start with understanding your specific needs, goals, and brand identity. From there, we'll determine the best approach and timeline for bringing your vision online.
