How long will it take to receive my website?
Projects can vary anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months depending upon project complexity, size, and scope. Projects with more complexity (Ex. A website with embedded analytics, 3D interactions, custom scripting) will take considerably longer.
How can I communicate with you?
You can schedule a meeting with me via Calendly anytime in the link below. I will be available anytime during the listed normal business hours (CST), with the option of providing my phone number upon request for long-term projects.
What kind of deliverables can I expect?
I can provide weekly updates on progress, providing deliverables upon request. Bear in mind any design artifacts (such as mind maps, customer journey maps, style guide, et al.) will be created & hosted on cloud-based platforms such as Miro & Figma, which means they will be available to access anytime and will be constantly updated as the project is ongoing. To maintain security & confidentiality, access to these files will be limited strictly to the designer and additional collaborators/stakeholders.
What if I don't like my website after 60 days.
There is an additional 7-day grace period during which any of the aforementioned changes suggested by the client are sorted out by the Design Team. After this, any additional work requested will be surcharged in accordance with the monthly freelance subscription fee upon request.
