UX Evaluation

I will conduct a thorough UX review to uncover inefficiencies or missed opportunities in the user journey. This includes:

Heatmapping user flows to reveal pain points and bottlenecks

You will receive compiled Hotjar reports used to monitor website traffic and user behavior over a 1-month period; during this time, key data will be gathered to inform the audit and provide measurable insights that would support targeted recommendations. This includes a detailed audit report featuring an executive summary, a breakdown of usability and accessibility issues, and clear, prioritized recommendations. You’ll also receive artifacts that support usability analysis, including a competitive analysis with real-world examples, a UX evaluation highlighting user journey pain points, and an accessibility assessment based on current standards (WCAG). Additionally, I’ll provide supporting documentation—such as annotated visuals, design suggestions, and actionable next steps—to assist your team in moving forward with clarity.
