Process

1. Discovery & Strategy We start with a kickoff call to clarify your goals, target audience, and site needs. You'll complete a client questionnaire to help me understand your brand, content structure, and functionality requirements (blog, booking, e-commerce, etc.).

2. Sitemap & Content Planning We’ll outline your site structure (typically 5–7 core pages) and identify what content you already have or still need. I’ll provide content guidance and a shared folder for gathering copy, images, and brand assets.

3. Wireframes & Layout Planning Before diving into visuals, I’ll create wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for key pages to plan user flow, layout hierarchy, and functionality. This ensures we’re aligned before the design build begins.

4. Custom Design & Development (Elementor or Divi) Your site is built using a flexible, drag-and-drop builder—fully customized to your brand. I’ll design each page with cohesive styling, intentional layout, and conversion-focused UX. Mobile responsiveness and accessibility are prioritized from the start.

5. SEO Setup & Optimization On-page SEO best practices are applied (page titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, clean URLs), and I’ll ensure your site loads efficiently with optimized media and caching tools.

6. Review & Revisions You’ll receive a staging link to preview your site. One to two rounds of refinements are included to polish layout, copy, or functionality. Feedback is collected via email or a feedback tool like MarkUp.

7. Launch & Handoff Once approved, your site goes live! I’ll connect your domain, test functionality, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll receive a 1-hour handoff session or tutorial (recorded if needed) so you feel confident managing your site.

8. Optional Ongoing Support If you’d like continued help, I offer monthly maintenance and strategy packages that include site updates, blog posting, plugin management, and more.
