From humble beginnings, WordPress has evolved into a mature, performant, web-based content management system (CMS) that powers an enormous percentage of the Internet.

Unfortunately, WordPress websites are often a massive frustration for their owners, who tend to find them very difficult to manage. Even worse, display inconsistencies, broken plugins, slow performance, and even hacked websites are common. The result is an unprofessional online presence for your business.

But the problem isn't WordPress; it's developers who churn out cheap sites as fast as possible - and then disappear.

I do WordPress differently.

WordPress is a highly capable platform, and it's very possible to develop great websites with it. My results don't come cheap, but they're high quality and I stand behind my work.

I'll optimize your site for speed and performance. My sites consistently get excellent performance metrics, which translates directly into a better user experience.

My sites are easy to manage and forward compatible, because I use third-party plugins sparingly (and only the most highly-trusted ones I can find).

I'll structure the back end of your site so it's intuitive to use and manage your own content without sacrificing consistent front-end presentation (a common problem with many so-called "easy-to-use" WordPress page builders).

If you wish, I can conduct live training sessions for your staff on how to manage your WordPress site easily and effectively (although my goal is always for the system to be so easy to manage that training needs are minimal).

I can include documentation right in your WordPress admin area, so it's easily accessible to you or future developers.

Speaking of future development needs, unless I get hit by a bus I plan on being available for my clients far into the foreseeable future.

WordPress hasn't always been my top recommendation for content management, but these days it's my go-to simply because it's the best option for most clients' needs.
