What's included

  • Client Brief & Scope of Work Definition

    Based on the brief & information provided by the client, I will define a preliminary scope of work including all the services as well as a general outline of their execution and delivery. If necessary, the scope of work will be reviewed and confirmed with the client. The final scope of work will serve as an outline for the Digital Marketing Strategy definition and all the subsequent steps and deliverables.

  • Target Audience Definition

    If required, I will execute thorough market research with a focus on defining a suitable target audience. The research will deliver the final Customer Persona(s) that will be used as a reference for the following phases.

  • Marketing Goals Definition

    Based on the overall business goals of the project, we will pick marketing goals that support movement through the funnel, bringing in new leads and nurturing existing leads more effectively.

  • Marketing Budget Definition

    Based on the business and marketing goals of the project, projected costs & revenues, as well as client input and indications, I will evaluate the suitable budget and present it to the client for further reviews and integrations. The Budget Definition will be confirmed with the client based on the overall project budget and other factors that will be evaluated during and following the brief.

  • Media Mix Review & Definition

    I will review the existing digital media content and preferred channel for evidence of content and market gaps and possible optimization. As a next step, I will redefine the digital marketing channels that are most suited in order to reach previously defined marketing (and business) goals. The resulting media mix will outline the combination of digital channels used to reach the goals and how to divide the budget among them - evaluating digital channels such as: Social Media Marketing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Display Ads Email Marketing and others

  • Digital Content Plan & Calendar

    Based on the target audience, marketing goals and media mix, I will provide a general content plan with a focus on Paid Media (Social Media, Banner Ads, Video Ads, etc.) which will be used as a main reference for subsequent content design and communication campaigns. Based on the final strategy and digital marketing channels, I will define the content calendar for publishing ads on various channels (Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
