• Client Brief & Research Outline

  Based on the kick-off meeting and a brief with the client, I will define the initial scope of work and provide a preliminary outline of the research with main research areas, document content and some presentation specifications. Following the evaluation of the outline, I will confirm all the contents and the scope of work with the client, moving forward with the execution.

• Initial Research & Data Gathering

  Following the definition of the scope, the first phase of research refers to a more general analysis of macro trends, data and information. Based on the first findings and insights, I will share some preliminary input with the client and review our approach, if necessary. This will help confirm the defined approach or re-asses the research strategy.

• Market Research Draft & Reviews

  I will provide the complete draft of the market research, in line with scope and content outline. This document will contain all the general insights and data that were defined in the scope and will represent a draft of the visual representation of the research. The research document can contain some (or all) of the following chapters: - Executive Summary - Asset Overview - Demographic Overview - Real Estate Market: General Market Trends & Comments (national/regional area) - Real Estate Market: Transaction Numbers (national - regional - local) - Real Estate Market: Price Trends (national - regional - local) - Real Estate Market: Demand & Supply Analysis - Real Estate Market: Comparables Analysis (regional - local - micro area) - Real Estate Market: Competitors Analysis (regional - local - micro area) - Real Estate Market: Micro Area Analysis (transactions, prices, trends, comps, etc.) - Project-specific Analysis: Target Clients, Typology Mix, Take-up Rates, etc. - Qualitative Analysis: project, plan views, design specs, typologies, etc. - Conclusions and insights If requested, the research will also be represented through a visually appealing summarized digital deck, useful for board meetings, investor presentations and similar occasions. During the Draft & Review phase, I will review the work, the contents, the data and the presentation as requested and preferred by the client.

• Market Research: Final Version & Presentation

  Following the reviews, research updates and integrations, as well as presentation retouching, I will deliver the final market research document(s) and any potential annexes such as raw data files, links and source, etc. The format and the specifications will be agreed with the client.
