My brand identity design package includes everything from logo design and typography to colour palettes, photography direction, brand guidelines, and more. I'll provide you with a comprehensive brand identity package that you can use across all of your marketing materials, from your website and social media profiles to your business cards and promotional materials.

MY PROCESS
Onboarding & Client Portal Setup: To start, I will get you set up on your very own client portal on Notion. Your client portal will include everything you will need for the project; contracts, invoices, discovery questionnaire, FAQs, project uploads, the ability to leave feedback, any revisions and your final files. Project kick off includes signing the contract and paying the 50% deposit invoice.
Discovery Phase: Once onboarding is complete, you will fill out a discovery questionnaire on Notion so I can get a better understanding of your business and vision for the project. These questions help me to get to know your business and really get to the core of your brand. They also allow me to explore the creative direction and visual identity you're after. The questionnaire includes questions on your business goals, brand personality, ideal customer, competitors, any colour palette or font preferences, a link to your Pinterest board, the vision you have for your brand identity, and more.
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction: Based on the answers provided in the discovery questionnaire, a brand strategy and creative direction presentation is then created. This presentation includes brand strategy work, plus 2 mood board concepts that present the potential creative direction we will take with the project. I will ask you to look at both mood board directions and let me know which one you feel drawn to the most. A feedback form will be provided on Notion to help you deliver effective feedback.
Brand Identity Design & Presentation: The exciting part! Based on the chosen mood board concept, I will then go ahead and start crafting your new brand identity. This includes a full cohesive logo suite, distinct colour palette, complimentary typography, a brand pattern and photography direction. I use the one concept method when designing a brand identity. This is where I only create one concept, enabling me to spend my time on just one clear, strategic design. The brand identity is then presented in a presentation style format and a feedback form is provided on Notion to help you deliver effective feedback.
Brand Guidelines: Once the brand identity has been signed off, a brand guidelines document (brand book) is created which outlines the brand strategy, a breakdown of the logo suite, logo guidelines and incorrect usage, colour palette, typography and hierarchy, photography direction and more.
Offboarding, Files & Review: Once the final invoice has been paid, your final files will be uploaded (Figma files and any other relevant files). Finally, I’d love to hear your thoughts & feedback on the project, what it was like working with me and what you thought of my process.

    A brand guidelines document (brand book) that outlines the brand strategy, a breakdown of the logo suite, logo guidelines and incorrect usage, colour palette, typography and hierarchy, photography direction and more. A brand guidelines document is a valuable tool to help you maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all of your marketing efforts. By providing clear guidance on visual identity, messaging, and tone, you can ensure that all communication is aligned with your brand values and overall marketing strategy.
