A four-week process that transforms strategy into identity. We define how your brand appears, feels, and behaves — creating a flexible visual system that is timeless, scalable, and deeply connected to your story. Developed in collaboration with Barcelona-based Design Studio Fresher, this process combines strategic guidance with world-class design execution.

  • Do I need to complete CLARIFY before starting this?

    Not mandatory, but highly recommended. If you already have a solid brand strategy, we’ll review it during kickoff.

  • Who designs the visuals?

    I lead the creative and strategic direction in partnership with Fresher Studio, a boutique Barcelona-based design studio specialised in identity systems.

  • What’s included in the design system?

    Logo suite, colour palette, type hierarchy, visual components, and Figma-based design guidelines for future use.

  • What’s not included?

    This process does not include web design, UX/UI, or campaign content. Those can be developed separately through other services.

  • What will I have by the end?

    A complete brand identity and reusable Figma-based design system ready for consistent application across all platforms.

  • Can my team be part of the process?

    Yes. Up to three team members are encouraged to join workshops and reviews to ensure alignment.

What's included

  • Creative Direction Deck

    A high-level creative document translating your strategy into visual foundations — defining tone, colour, typography, and imagery direction. It becomes the compass for every future creative and design decision.

  • Brand Identity System

    Full development of your brand’s identity system, created in collaboration with Estudio Fresher. Includes logo suite, colour palette, typography hierarchy, iconography and primary visual assets.

  • Design System & Application Guidelines

    A reusable visual design system delivered in Figma. It includes clear principles, visual rules and components that ensure brand consistency across all future applications — digital, editorial or campaign.

  • Implementation & Rollout Support

    Two follow-up sessions to guide your internal or external teams on applying the brand system coherently and effectively after delivery.
