Figma UI Library & Design System Setup for SaaS ProductsAnna Podrez
I set up, customize, and organize Figma component libraries for SaaS products, including libraries aligned with shadcn/ui, Material UI, Ant Design, and Tailwind-based interfaces.
I can adapt an existing UI kit, clean up a current library, or build custom components around your product and development requirements.
π― What I Can Help With
Review existing files and identify inconsistent or disconnected components.
Set up a shared library and connect it to your design files.
Create reusable components with variants, states, and slots.
Organize variables, text styles, and agreed theme modes.
Configure Auto Layout and update the agreed screens.
Align component names and design tokens with your development team.
π¦ What You Receive
I organize the work in your Figma workspace. Depending on the agreed tasks, you receive:
A shared Figma library connected to the agreed files.
Reusable components with states, sizes, and variants.
Organized variables and text styles.
Auto Layout configured for changing content.
Updated screens where included in the agreed work.
Component usage notes and developer guidance.
The work focuses on the Figma library and its alignment with development. Frontend component implementation is discussed separately.
π° Pricing & Estimation
After reviewing your materials, I estimate the hours, budget, and timeline based on my current hourly rate, confirmed before work begins. Analysis, design, discussions, and revisions are billed for the actual time spent.
I confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and my availability. Any turnaround estimate runs from the agreed start date. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
π€ How We Work Together
Once you approve the estimate, you prepay an agreed number of working hours. I work within that allocation and share the results for your review. If youβre happy to continue, you fund the next block of hours before further work begins.
We review the work in stages. New requirements are assessed and estimated as they arise.
π What I Need to Get Started
Share your current Figma files, selected UI framework or kit, component priorities, and any existing code tokens or developer documentation. If the library has not been chosen, we can review suitable options during planning.
π¬ Letβs Discuss Your Project
π Before placing an order, I recommend a short free consultation to review your Figma files, component library, and design system goals.
