  No. This consultation focuses on understanding your structure, not performing work within your systems.

  Not necessarily — but if you have existing documentation, workflows, or examples of what’s been challenging, sharing those in advance can make our session even more productive. Otherwise, we’ll walk through your current structure together.

• Are you more of a consultant who gives advice, or someone who helps get the work done?

  Great question — I’m a formative, hands-on consultant. While I do provide strategic recommendations, I also take an active role in building and implementing the systems, documentation, and workflows we discuss. Think of it as collaborative implementation rather than just a report full of suggestions. My goal is that you walk away with both insight and tangible, functional assets ready to use.

• What will I receive after the session?

  You’ll get a summary outlining key insights, recommendations, and next steps — so you have a clear record of what we discussed and a path forward, whether you continue working with me or not.

• Can I book ongoing support afterward?

  Yes. If it’s a fit, we can discuss ongoing operational or reconciliation support based on your systems and needs.

• Do you offer video calls?

  Communication is handled primarily through written channels (Contra messages or email). This ensures clarity, accessibility, and a consistent record for both sides. If a live discussion is ever necessary for a specific walkthrough, a short audio or video session can be arranged by request.

• Why don’t you use a profile photo or headshot?

  My work is focused on documentation, systems, and operational continuity — not personal branding or appearance. You’ll always know exactly who you’re working with through clear, consistent written communication and verifiable references if needed. I keep my profiles simple and professional to maintain accessibility and privacy in my remote work environment.

• Do you work outside Canada?

  Not at this time. This service is currently available for Canada-based businesses and hospitality properties.

• Do you provide references or background verification?
