You have a design system, or something that was called one. Your designers still copy and paste components, your engineers still hard code values, and nobody can say exactly where it went wrong.

One week to find out. I audit the Figma file and the shipped product, because those are usually two different systems and the gap between them is where the real problems live. You get every inconsistency written down and ranked by severity, plus a roadmap you can act on.

I audit the running product deliberately, not just the style sheet. On a recent engagement that caught values that existed in production but were missing from the design file entirely. A system built from the design file alone would have been clean and would not have described the product.
