  While not always a core responsibility, I can also be involved in content creation. This could include writing engaging copy, designing visuals, creating videos, or curating user-generated content.

• Platform Management

  Proficient in using different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), managing the organisation's presence on these platforms. I optimise posts for each platform, considering factors such as character limits, image dimensions, and best practices for engagement.

• Content Optimisation

  Continuous monitoring the performance of social media content and analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. I identify trends and insights, optimising content based on data to improve results.

• Campaign execution

  In collaboration with the marketing or social media team, I execute social media campaigns. I ensure that campaign objectives and messaging are effectively communicated through scheduled content, including promotional posts, sponsored content, or partnerships.

• Community Management

  I can also engage with the organisation's social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions - maintaining a positive brand image by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Reporting and analysis

  I prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights on key metrics, audience behaviour, and content trends. These reports help inform future content strategies and improve overall social media presence.

• Stay updated on trends

  It is important to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. I research new features, tools, and techniques to enhance the organisation's social media efforts.
