Logo Refinement
If your current logo needs small technical adjustments like alignment, spacing or vector cleanup, I will refine it while keeping its original design intent.
Complete File Package
You will receive your logo in all essential formats.
- Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG
- Raster files: PNG with transparent background and JPG in full color, black and white
- Variations: Full color, black, white and reversed
Everything will be organized by use case and labeled clearly, so you never lose time searching for the correct file.

- Primary and secondary colors
- Exact codes for print in CMYK and Pantone
- Exact codes for digital in HEX and RGB
- Guidelines for combinations and usage
Typography
- Headings and body type choices
- Hierarchy rules and pairing suggestions

If your logo needs more than minor technical refinement, we should discuss a full rebrand instead. I'll be honest with you during our kick-off call about whether this package is right for you, or if you'd benefit more from the Essential Brand Identity Package.
Any logo files you have (even if they're not "official" vector files), examples of how you've been using your brand, and any existing brand materials (even if inconsistent). I'll work with whatever you have.
Yes. If you have specific colors you've been using, I can formalize them with proper color codes. If your colors need adjustment for technical reasons (print compatibility, accessibility), I'll recommend alternatives.
I'll recommend a typography system based on what you've been using or what fits your brand personality. If you've been using free/system fonts, I can either formalize those or suggest professional alternatives.
Fonts must be purchased separately.
You'll receive your primary logo plus essential variations: horizontal, stacked (if applicable), icon-only (if applicable), and all color variations (full color, black, white, reversed). The exact variations depend on your existing logo design.
The package includes a quick revision window during the final days. Because we're working with an existing design (not creating from scratch), revisions are typically minimal. Fast turnaround means fast feedback is essential.
Additional revisions beyond this project can be provided at a standard hourly rate upon request.
