We agree on the properties, feed sources, date rules and information needed in the calendar. I build the workspace, check sample reservations and blocked dates, and test repeated imports so the same feed event is handled consistently. I also check failed-feed behavior and document the sync schedule. Cleaning workflows, guest messaging, accounting and channel APIs can become later milestones.
