What if I already have a logo or some brand elements?
No worries. I can work with what you already have. If it fits the brand, we work with it or otherwise, we make it even better.
Can I request edits or feedback during the process?
100% The process is all about working and taking feedback. I always listen to your feedback and try to adjust based on that. That is what we refer to as Revisions.
What format will I get the final files in?
You will receive all the files in their relevant formats, including editable high-resolution vector files. You will get them well organised in different folders and a text guide to navigate through the folders. Everything will be ready to use and share.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Once the project has started, I will get started immediately. I spend time, energy, and skill; for this reason, I don’t offer refunds — but I do promise to give you the results.
What do you need to get started.
Some information (that I will ask) about your brand/company, and the 50% upfront payment. You can send me a message here or email me at "marufiam.01@gmail.com" for any help.
Do you offer support after the project is done?
Yes. I provide support even after the project is done. I always try to keep up with the brand to see how they are doing. If you want, you can have a long-term relationship with me for your creative support.
