1. Can I change packages later if my needs evolve?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to Creative Partner+ if you need more leadership, innovation support, or embedded collaboration. You can also tap into other departments — like Copywriting, Advertising, or Automation — for end-to-end execution.
2. Can I run creative, copy, and ad services together?
Definitely. Many of our clients run creative and copy together (especially for campaigns and CRO), and layer in advertising for full-funnel performance. Everything is structured to play well together — no silos, no headaches.
3. How fast is turnaround for Full-Scale Creatives?
Turnaround is typically 2–4 business days per request, depending on complexity. Simpler requests (ads, social graphics, one-pagers) are turned around faster, while larger projects (websites, identity systems, campaigns) are mapped out and delivered in structured sprints.
4. Who will I be working with?
You’ll work directly with Justin as your Fractional Creative Director, leading strategy and creative direction. Supporting you day-to-day is your dedicated Project Manager and a pod of assigned Senior Designers. We also plug in additional creative specialists based on project needs. And of course, Bubbies — our office pup and Chief Vibes Officer 🐶 — is always around to keep morale high.
5. Can I use this plan across multiple teams or brands?
Yes. If you manage multiple internal teams, campaigns, or client accounts, your plan can flex to support them — as long as there’s one clear point of contact and a strong creative brief. We’re built to scale alongside your structure.
6. What kind of creative work can I request?
You can request everything from website or product design, brand identity systems, and ad creatives, to campaign assets, sales decks, and motion/3D work. We’ll help prioritize each request based on your roadmap and make sure everything fits within your monthly bandwidth.
7. What if I need something beyond the core plan?
No problem. We offer scoped add-ons for things like advanced motion/3D, custom dev work, CRM or email buildouts, and performance campaigns. You can layer these on, transition into another department, or run services in parallel for a full-stack creative and growth engine.

Full creative department on-demand, led by a Fractional Creative Director — positioned as your in-house team and partner. Ideal for growing teams who need reliable, high-quality creative support without the overhead of building out a full department.
What’s Included
Includes: 2 active design projects at a time (with an unlimited request queue), unlimited revisions, a dedicated Fractional Creative Director, 2 Senior Full-Stack Designers (plugged in as needed), a dedicated Project Manager, 2–4 day turnaround times on most tasks, workspace setup (Slack, Notion, live request tracker), and cancel-anytime flexibility.
Services You Get
Services Include: UI/UX design, product design, marketing design, web design & development, brand identity, ad creatives, sales & pitch decks, creative strategy, visual systems, campaign design, and motion/3D design (included when within scope and monthly bandwidth — larger projects will be scoped separately).
Outcomes You Can Expect (Monthly)
Typical monthly output is based on your team’s goals and project complexity, with a high volume of strategic, high-fidelity creative delivered consistently. Monthly Output Includes: Full website or app redesigns (5–10 pages/screens), brand identity packages or visual system starter kits, 1–2 multi-channel campaign designs, cross-functional asset production (for product, sales, growth), up to 10–12 high-fidelity design deliverables, platform-specific ad variants, and creative concepts or explorations.
Add-Ons (Scoped & Flexible)
We offer scoped add-ons for creatives, advertising, and automation services. You can layer these on, shift to another department’s package as needed, or run both in parallel for full-service execution.
