1. How is Full-Scale different from the other tiers?
This tier is designed for teams that need more capacity, deeper collaboration, and higher-volume support — without going fully embedded. You get strategic copy execution, a senior-level pod, and priority access to deliverables that align with your campaigns and goals.
2. What’s the turnaround time for deliverables?
Turnaround is typically 2–3 business days per request, depending on complexity. Simpler items may be faster, while larger or more strategic assets (like full funnels or long-form content) may take a bit longer — but we’ll always communicate timelines clearly.
3. Who will I be working with?
You’ll be personally onboarded by Justin and supported by a senior-level copy strategist, a dedicated project manager, and a full copy pod including a writer and editor. The team gets to know your brand and goals — and yes, Bubbies 🐶 (our office pup) may still sneak into a Loom here and there for morale.
4. Can you help with strategy, or just writing?
Strategy is fully integrated. We guide offer positioning, funnel flow, hooks, messaging, and market angles — and we’re happy to work on strategy-first deliverables like messaging frameworks, voice guides, or competitor breakdowns.
5. What if I need help beyond copywriting?
We offer scoped add-ons for creative, advertising, and automation services. You can layer these on, shift to another department’s package after copywriting work wraps, or run both in parallel for full-service execution.
6. Can I use this across multiple brands or client projects?
Yes — if you’re managing multiple internal brands or agency clients, this package gives you the flexibility to request deliverables across all of them, as long as you’re the primary point of contact. We’ll help you prioritize based on goals and timelines.
7. Do I own all the content you produce?
100%. Everything we write is fully yours — white-labeled and license-free — ready to launch, publish, or plug into your campaigns.

Includes: 2 active copywriting requests at a time (with an unlimited queue), unlimited revisions, bi-weekly strategy and performance syncs, a full project pod including a senior-level copy strategist, copywriter, editor, and project manager, complete workspace setup with a private Slack channel, Notion project dashboard, and live request tracker, priority turnaround delivery, and the flexibility to cancel anytime.

Includes: Multi-channel email campaigns, high-converting ad copy with A/B variant testing, product and sales pages, full funnel copy systems (TOF–BOF), long-form SEO or thought leadership content (up to 4 per month), customer onboarding or retention sequences, voice and messaging guidance documents, and lite competitor analysis with market angle strategy.
