  Turnaround is typically 3 – 5 business days per request, depending on complexity. Simpler assets (like ads or short emails) are usually quicker, while larger projects (like multi-page web copy) may take a bit more time. We’ll always keep things transparent.

• 4. Who will I be working with?

  Justin will personally onboard you and provide oversight to make sure everything stays on track. We’ll assign dedicated copywriters based on your needs — and yes, Bubbies, our office pup 🐶, may pop in for occasional approvals. Maybe even ask for some treats.
