Process

Here’s what onboarding looks like once you join the Creative Partner+ plan. We make it seamless, executive-friendly, and designed to integrate across your organization.
1.Kickoff & Welcome You’ll receive a welcome message from your Fractional Creative Director and Project Manager, plus an onboarding form that captures your brand, business model, tech stack, current team, and key initiatives.
2. Slack Channel Setup We’ll create a private Slack channel dedicated to your team for streamlined async collaboration and direct access to your support pod.
3. Notion Dashboard Access You’ll gain access to your custom Notion project hub, which includes:
Active projects & queues
Creative roadmap
Timelines & due dates
Team notes, feedback loops & deliverables archive
4. Project Tracker Setup We’ll set up your first 2–3 active projects, begin populating the roadmap, and show you how to submit, prioritize, and track requests moving forward.
5. Team Introductions & Alignment
You’ll meet your Fractional Creative Director and support team to align on decision-makers, creative guardrails, performance goals, and communication preferences.
6. Access & Asset Collection
We’ll request access to your creative tools, software, analytics, and any relevant files (Figma, Adobe CC, CMS, internal docs, etc.). Brand assets and references can be uploaded via Notion or Slack.
7. Creative Tech Stack Setup
We’ll align on the core tools we’ll be using together, including:
Figma (Design)
Notion (Project & Ops)
Slack (Comms)
Google Drive / Dropbox (File Sharing)
Optional tools like Miro, Loom, Webflow, Framer, etc.
8. First Creative Sprint Begins
Once everything’s in place, we’ll launch your first sprint. You can expect strategic outputs and design deliverables within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity.

  • 1. What kind of creative work can I request at this level?

    You can request high-level creative strategy and execution across brand, product, and marketing — including full design systems, campaign rollouts, UX audits, executive reporting, innovation sprints, and team enablement work. This plan is built for scale, speed, and strategic alignment.

  • 2. How do unlimited requests and revisions actually work?

    You can submit as many creative needs as you’d like. We actively work on up to 3 projects at a time, and keep your pipeline moving as priorities shift. Revisions are unlimited and typically turned around within 24–48 hours.

  • 3. Who will I be collaborating with day-to-day?

    Your main point of contact will be Justin, serving as your Fractional Creative Director. You’ll also work with a dedicated Project Manager, and we’ll plug in designers or other specialists based on your project requirements and evolving needs. This gives you access to a full creative team—without the overhead of managing one. And yes, Bubbies (our office dog and official Chief Vibe Officer) is always around to keep the energy high and the vibes right.

  • 4. What’s the typical turnaround time for deliverables?

    Most items are completed within 24–48 business hours, with rush options available. Larger initiatives like design systems or campaign kits follow custom timelines shared upfront via Notion.

  • 5. What if I need services beyond what’s included?

    We offer scoped add-ons for advanced Motion/3D work, and if you need more, our Advertising and Automation departments are ready to support. You can layer these on, shift to another department’s package after creative work wraps, or run both in parallel for full-service execution.
