1. What kind of creative work can I request at this level?
You can request high-level creative strategy and execution across brand, product, and marketing — including full design systems, campaign rollouts, UX audits, executive reporting, innovation sprints, and team enablement work. This plan is built for scale, speed, and strategic alignment.
2. How do unlimited requests and revisions actually work?
You can submit as many creative needs as you’d like. We actively work on up to 3 projects at a time, and keep your pipeline moving as priorities shift. Revisions are unlimited and typically turned around within 24–48 hours.
3. Who will I be collaborating with day-to-day?
Your main point of contact will be Justin, serving as your Fractional Creative Director. You’ll also work with a dedicated Project Manager, and we’ll plug in designers or other specialists based on your project requirements and evolving needs. This gives you access to a full creative team—without the overhead of managing one. And yes, Bubbies (our office dog and official Chief Vibe Officer) is always around to keep the energy high and the vibes right.
4. What’s the typical turnaround time for deliverables?
Most items are completed within 24–48 business hours, with rush options available. Larger initiatives like design systems or campaign kits follow custom timelines shared upfront via Notion.
5. What if I need services beyond what’s included?
We offer scoped add-ons for advanced Motion/3D work, and if you need more, our Advertising and Automation departments are ready to support. You can layer these on, shift to another department’s package after creative work wraps, or run both in parallel for full-service execution.

Includes: 3 active projects at a time, a Fractional Creative Director (CDO/ECD level), 2–3 Senior Full-Stack Designers, unlimited requests and revisions, 24–48 hour turnaround times, async collaboration via Slack & Notion, a custom project dashboard, weekly strategy calls, monthly team workshops, full creative ops support, KPI/OKR visibility, and cancel-anytime flexibility.

Services include: Executive-level creative strategy and oversight, UI/UX design with deep audits, web and product design, brand identity development and innovation labs, design systems and component libraries, campaign creative and multi-channel asset kits, motion and 3D design (fully included), internal team coaching, cross-department alignment, hiring and team structure support, performance reporting (KPIs & OKRs), and creative process documentation and training.

This plan delivers high-volume creative output, strategic performance, and deep cross-functional integration — all shaped around your evolving priorities, initiatives, and sprint cycles. Typical outcomes include: 1 full product or website design system, 2–3 campaign launches with asset kits, 1 UI/UX audit with an implementation roadmap, 1 interactive brand book or internal guidelines, 1–2 workshops or training sessions, ongoing strategic support across growth and product initiatives, and 12–16+ high-level creative deliverables each month.
