Do you write my opt-in page and emails for me?
No, you’ll provide all final copy for the opt-in page, confirmation page, and any emails. However, I’m happy to provide prompts, templates, or hop on a short call to help you refine your wording if needed.
Can I include a free PDF or resource with my waitlist opt-in?
Yes! Just provide the PDF (or other file) and I’ll set it up for delivery via the confirmation page or email.
How long does the project take?
Once I receive all your materials via Content Snare, typical turnaround is 3–5 business days, plus time for your review and edits.
Can you help with domain connection or email authentication (SPF/DKIM)?
Basic support for domain and email setup is available if needed, but full email deliverability audits would be a separate service.
How many emails are included in the sequence?
This package includes setup for your confirmation email plus up to 2 additional follow-up emails. If you want more, I can quote for additional email setup.

I’ll create a dedicated Kajabi landing page where visitors can sign up to join your waitlist for an upcoming course or program. This page will match your branding and include your opt-in copy (provided by you).
Waitlist Form with Tagging Automation
I’ll create a new Kajabi form specifically for your waitlist. This includes applying a custom waitlist tag to everyone who opts in—so you can easily segment these leads for future emails and promotions.
Confirmation Page Setup
After someone joins your waitlist, they’ll land on a confirmation page thanking them and sharing next steps. If you want to offer a free PDF or resource as a bonus for joining, I’ll add the delivery link here.
Email Sequence Setup
I’ll create and schedule a short Kajabi email sequence tied to your waitlist form submission. This typically includes: -A confirmation email -Optional delivery of a free PDF or resource -Optional follow-up emails (copy provided by you)
Automation and Trigger Setup
I’ll connect your form to your email sequence using Kajabi’s automation tools to ensure that every new waitlist subscriber is automatically added to the right sequence and tagged appropriately.
Testing
I’ll test the full funnel—from opt-in to email delivery—to ensure everything works smoothly and as expected.
Review and Edits
You’ll receive a preview for review. This package includes 1 round of edits for any small changes.
Post-Launch Support
You’ll get 7 days of post-launch email support in case you need help with any issues related to this funnel.
