• Fully Built Sales Page (Using Kajabi Template of Your Choice or One You’ve Purchased)

  Your sales page is the heart of your funnel, and I’ll build it to both convert and align with your brand. Using a Kajabi template you select (or one you've purchased), I’ll customize the layout, colors, fonts, and imagery to reflect your business and guide visitors toward taking action. Sections can be added or removed as needed to fully support your content and goals. I’ll strategically place your copy, integrate visuals, and ensure that each section flows seamlessly—from headline to call-to-action. Whether you're promoting a course, service, or digital offer, the page will be designed with your ideal client in mind and optimized to drive results.

• Kick-Off or Strategy Call

  Before any design or tech work begins, we’ll start with a focused Kick-Off Call to align on your goals, target audience, and the overall vision for your sales funnel. During this call, we’ll walk through the offer you're selling, your brand voice, and any assets you already have in place. This is your chance to ask questions, share your ideas, and make sure we’re building a funnel that supports both your business and your client experience. You’ll leave the call with clarity on next steps and a streamlined plan to move forward.

• Content & Branding Collection Framework

  To keep everything organized and moving smoothly, I’ll provide a guided framework to help you gather all the assets needed for your funnel — including your copy, brand colors, fonts, logo, images, and any supporting materials. I typically use Content Snare or Google Docs for this step, depending on what works best for you. This process keeps everything in one place, reduces back-and-forth, and ensures your funnel is built with clear, on-brand content from the start.

• Automations, Tags, & Back-End Tech Setup

  Behind every smooth sales funnel is a solid tech foundation. I’ll handle all the back-end setup for you, including automations, tagging, and integrations to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This includes connecting your opt-ins, email sequences, checkout, thank you pages, and any other pieces required for your funnel flow. Every automation will be thoughtfully set up to support your customer journey and reduce manual work on your end.

• Offer & Checkout Setup (Up to 2 Offers)

  I’ll create and configure up to two Kajabi offers and checkout pages, each with its own pricing, access settings, and delivery setup. This includes connecting each offer to the appropriate product(s), setting up payment options (one-time, subscription, or payment plan), and linking the checkout pages to your sales funnel. I’ll also ensure that automations tied to each offer — such as tag application or email sequence enrollment — are in place so your customer experience is smooth from purchase to delivery.

• Optional Bump Offer & One-Time Offer (OTO)

  If you’re looking to increase your average order value, I can set up an optional Order Bump on your checkout page and/or a One-Time Offer (OTO) that appears immediately after purchase. These features are fully integrated into Kajabi and strategically positioned to complement your main offer. I’ll help you configure the product, pricing, and messaging for each, ensuring they align with your overall funnel and provide a seamless upgrade experience for your buyers.

• Thank You Page

  Once your customer completes their purchase, they’ll be directed to a customized Thank You Page that confirms their order and outlines the next steps. I’ll design this page to match your brand and guide your clients with clarity — whether that’s accessing their product, booking a call, or checking their email for login details. It’s not just a confirmation screen; it’s a chance to leave a positive impression and reinforce the value of their purchase.

• Domain Assistance (If Needed)

  If you haven’t yet connected your custom domain to Kajabi, I’ll walk you through the process or handle it for you, depending on your registrar and access preferences. I’ll ensure your funnel lives on a branded, professional-looking URL so it aligns with your overall web presence. This includes updating DNS settings, troubleshooting common issues, and verifying that everything is properly connected on Kajabi’s end.

• Post-Purchase Automated Email

  I’ll set up a branded, automated email that’s triggered immediately after purchase to welcome your new client or customer. This email can include key details such as access instructions, a personal thank you message, next steps, or links to your product or service. It’s designed to create a smooth and professional handoff after checkout, set expectations, and reinforce the value of their investment.

• Optimized for Mobile

  Your entire sales funnel will be fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. I’ll ensure that every page — from your sales page to your thank you page — looks great and functions smoothly on smartphones and tablets. This includes adjusting layout elements, button sizes, spacing, and readability so your visitors have a seamless experience no matter what device they’re using.

• Two Rounds of Edits

  Once the initial funnel build is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request up to two rounds of edits. This allows us to fine-tune the design, copy placement, and overall flow based on your feedback. Whether it’s adjusting visuals, tweaking messaging, or refining layout sections, I’ll make sure the final version feels polished, aligned with your vision, and ready to convert.

• Review of Marketing Settings

  At the beginning of the project, I’ll review and finalize your Kajabi marketing settings to ensure your funnel is fully branded and functioning properly. This includes setting up your logo, brand colors, and default fonts, as well as configuring your site’s footer, navigation, and any global settings that impact your customer experience. I’ll also check your email domain authentication (DKIM/SPF), default sender settings, analytics integrations, and form configurations. This step helps ensure your funnel looks polished, reflects your brand, and performs reliably from day one.

• Testing

  Before your funnel goes live, I’ll complete a full walkthrough and test of the entire experience to ensure everything is functioning flawlessly. This includes checking links, buttons, automations, email sequences, checkout flows, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability. Once testing is complete, I’ll record a Loom video walking you through the full funnel setup so you can see exactly how everything works and feel confident managing it moving forward.

• 30 Days of Follow-Up Support

  After your funnel launches, you’ll receive 30 days of follow-up support to make sure everything continues to run smoothly. During this time, I’ll be available to troubleshoot any issues, answer questions, or make minor tech adjustments as needed. My goal is to ensure you and your clients have a seamless experience long after the initial setup is complete.
