I’ll handle the tech, layout, uploads, branding, and backend setup, so all you have to do is provide the content, and I’ll bring it to life. Content Collection Framework
You’ll receive a guided framework to help you organize and submit all the content needed for your course or membership — including lesson titles, descriptions, videos, PDFs, and any other materials. I use Content Snare or Google Docs to make the process smooth, streamlined, and easy to follow, so nothing gets missed and everything is gathered upfront.
Edit Kajabi Product Theme
Using the Kajabi product theme you select, I’ll customize the layout and styling to reflect your brand and provide a clean, user-friendly experience for your students or members. This includes updating colors, fonts, and visual elements so the learning environment feels cohesive and on-brand.
Content Upload for Up to 12 Modules / 40 Lessons
I’ll upload and organize all of your course or membership content into your Kajabi product, with up to 12 modules and 40 lessons included. This includes structuring the layout, formatting lesson content, and ensuring it’s easy for users to follow and navigate from start to finish.
Student/Member Dashboard Creation
Your students or members will log in to a clean, branded dashboard that acts as their homepage inside Kajabi. I’ll design this space to include welcome messaging, navigation links, and any important instructions so your users know exactly where to go and what to do nex
Library & 404 Page Setup
I’ll set up your Library Page, where users can see and access all products they own, and create a custom 404 Page that aligns with your brand — just in case someone lands on the wrong link. It’s a small but polished touch that improves the user experience.
Module & Lesson Thumbnails (Optional)
I’ll create simple, on-brand cover images for each module and lesson so your product looks cohesive and visually engaging. These graphics help break up content, guide the user’s experience, and give your product a professional finish. (Optional add-on)
Drip & Lock Settings
If you want to release content over time or restrict access until certain lessons are completed, I’ll set up drip scheduling and lesson locking according to your preferences. These features help guide your users through the material in the right order, keeping them focused and on track.
Mobile Optimization
All course pages, lessons, and visual elements will be optimized for mobile, ensuring your users can access and enjoy your content seamlessly on any device. I’ll double-check layout, spacing, and media functionality for a smooth learning experience on phones and tablets.
Upload Videos, Documents & Thumbnails
You’ll send me your video files, PDFs, images, and any other supporting materials — and I’ll take care of uploading everything into Kajabi, properly labeled and placed. This includes embedding videos, attaching resources, and matching the correct thumbnails to the correct lessons.
2 Rounds of Edits
Once everything is built, you’ll have the opportunity to request up to two rounds of edits. This allows us to make layout tweaks, content adjustments, or visual changes based on your feedback so the final version feels just right.
2 Weeks of Follow-Up Support
After your course or membership goes live, you’ll get 2 weeks of follow-up support to handle any small adjustments or tech issues that may come up. I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and your users post-launch.
3 Nurture Emails
I’ll add up to 3 nurture emails into your Kajabi account, using copy you provide. These emails can be used to welcome new students, encourage engagement, or guide users through your content. I’ll format and schedule them inside your chosen Kajabi email sequence. (Copy Provided by You)

Not at all. After our Kick-Off Call, I’ll guide you step-by-step through onboarding and content collection. You’ll complete a streamlined process at your own pace (within the project timeline), and I’ll be here to support you if you get stuck. Some people also choose to build as they run their first live cohort.
Most Course/Membership builds take around 7-10 days, depending on how quickly you complete the content and feedback steps. I’ll provide a more specific timeline after our Kick-Off Call.
