UX Audit Process, Audit Starts
• Evaluate the existing product against established usability heuristics.
• Evaluate the existing product against best practices and human computer interaction
• Evaluate existing product against cognitive psychology
• Accessibility Assessment: check for accessibility compliance and identify potential improvements
• Visual Assessment: evaluate the visuals of the product and identify potential improvements
Summary and Improvement Recommendations
• Categorise findings by severity and impact to user experience
• Create list of actionable recommendations for each finding
• Deliver Report
The report will be delivered based on your choosing

It Includes • A list of usability issues, ranked by severity, with suggested priority levels for fixing each one • Analysis of the product's accessibility, highlighting compliance issues and recommendations for meeting accessibility standards • Actionable recommendations, showing a thorough approach to improve usability and accessibility • Screenshots of the current interface with notes highlighting problem areas, issues, and inconsistencies
