Web apps fail differently than landing pages do. A landing page either converts or it doesn't. A web app with bad UX bleeds users slowly over months: rising support tickets, declining feature adoption, customers who "stopped using it" without telling you why. That's the harder problem to solve, and it's the one I solve daily.
I design web apps for complex platforms: CRM systems, marketplace backends, project management tools, analytics dashboards, multi-role enterprise software. The work is rarely about making it "look better." It's about reducing cognitive load, surfacing what matters, and making power users feel like the tool is helping them instead of fighting them.
Process: UX research and current-state audit, complex user flow mapping, wireframes for key workflows, high-fidelity UI in Figma with full component library, interactive prototype, and developer-ready handoff. The handoff piece especially matters with web apps because the design has to survive a real engineering team picking it up.
