Great apps ship one decision about what matters first, then build everything else around it.
Most founders skip that and let the spec decide, so v1 ends up with fifteen equally important things and a user who doesn't know where to start.
I make that decision for you. I build mobile app experiences (iOS and Android) for consumer startups. Grounded in research, psychology insights, strategy & data. Previously, I've designed apps used by millions of people.

What you get

High-fidelity screens for up to 5 core flows (roughly 40-50 screens total). Pixel-perfect designs for iOS or Android. Tailored to platform guidelines and user behavior, delivered as a clean, editable Figma file.
Dev-ready handoff and design system. Organized Figma setup with reusable components, typography, spacing, and style guide, ensuring smooth handoff and scalable future updates.
Unlimited revisions. Design isn't done until it feels right, within the scope we agree on at the start.
Not included: development, backend, app store submission.

My design process

The approach depends on the problem, and it changes based on constraints and context. Here's how a 6-week app design project unfolds:
Week 1: Understanding the problem I dig into your goals and any existing data, analytics, user feedback, competitor apps, to find where the real friction is.
Week 2: Defining goals and constraints I map out which flows actually matter for v1, who it's for, and what limits, platform, timeline, technical, shape the work.
Week 3: Exploring directions based on insight, not decoration Once the real problem is clear, I sketch a few directions, each solving it differently.
Weeks 4–5: Building and iterating I move into high-fidelity screens, prototyping the core flows, refining based on your feedback as we go.
Week 6: Delivering dev-ready Every file ships organized: components, specs, states. Built so your developer isn't guessing.
After launch: Measuring what happens Where I can, I check what the numbers say afterward. I care about whether the final result performs, not just whether it looks good.
