I offer a cohesive brand identity package that not only visually defines your brand but also aligns with your business goals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. From a distinctive logo suite to brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and custom templates, every element is crafted to create a memorable and professional brand presence. My approach focuses on balancing strategic design with flexibility, so your brand feels both distinctive and adaptable across digital and print media.

Process

1. Discovery and Research
Client Briefing: I meet with you to understand their vision, brand values, target audience, and project objectives.
Market Research: I then study your industry and competitors to identify trends and gaps.
Audience Analysis: I investigate the target audience’s demographics, preferences, and behaviour to shape the brand identity.
2. Brand Strategy Development
Define Brand Positioning: We work together to articulate the brand’s mission, core values, and unique selling points.
Determine Brand Voice and Personality: We establish the tone and style of communication, which will influence visual and messaging choices.
Mood Board Creation: I compile visual inspiration, including colours, typography, imagery, and style references that align with the brand personality.
3. Logo Design
Concept Development: I sketch/design and brainstorm logo ideas that capture the brand’s essence.
Digital Logo Drafts: I create several polished logo concepts in software like Adobe Illustrator.
Client Presentation and Feedback: I present 2-3 logo options to you, explaining each concept’s meaning and design choices.
Revisions and Finalisation: We refine the selected logo based on feedback and finalise various versions (e.g., colour, monochrome, horizontal, vertical).
4. Color Palette and Typography Selection
Colour Exploration: I develop a cohesive colour palette, choosing primary and secondary colours that evoke the desired brand emotions.
Typography Selection: We choose font styles for headers, subheadings, and body text that reflect the brand’s personality.
Client Approval: I share colour and typography choices with you for feedback and approval.
5. Brand Guidelines Creation
Logo Usage Rules: I define guidelines for logo placement, spacing, minimum size, and inappropriate uses.
Colour and Typography Usage: I create a document showcasing how to use brand colours and fonts across media, including HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values.
Imagery and Graphic Style: I outline guidelines for imagery, illustration style, and any specific graphic elements.
Tone of Voice and Messaging: I provide guidance on brand voice and tone to ensure consistency in communication.
6. Design of Brand Assets
Business Stationery: I create designs for business cards, letterheads, and envelopes (with the details provided by you).
Social Media Kit: I design profile and cover images, post templates, and other social media assets.
7. Mockups and Visual Applications
Brand Application Mockups: This will be to show how the brand will look on various platforms and physical items (e.g., signage, packaging, website).
Client Presentation: I present the brand applications to give you a realistic view of the identity package in action.
Feedback and Revisions: I make any final adjustments based on client input.
8. Finalization and Delivery of Assets
Export Files: I prepare final files in multiple formats (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG) for print and digital use.
Organise Brand Guidelines Document: I compile all usage rules, colour and typography details, mockups and templates into a comprehensive brand guide.
Client Handoff: I provide all final files, guidelines, and any editable templates, ensuring you have everything needed to implement the brand.
