How does payment work?
I like to keep it simple. You’ll make a 50% deposit upon signing the proposal, to secure your slot, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project.
What is considered a revision?
I consider a revision to be any single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation to the chosen concept. This could be something like changing the color scheme, testing out a different font, or tweaking the logo design to be more in line with what you’re after.
What happens if I don’t like the initial concept you send me?
Though this is very rare, it can happen sometimes. Since I love giving my clients a great experience, what I do at this point is to jump on a call armed with visual references to get really clear on what you’re after. Following this, I will create a new concept, and you’ll still have 1 round of revisions to tweak if necessary.
What will be required of me as a client? How much time should I prepare to put aside?
The first thing you’ll be asked to do is to fill out our branding questionnaire which takes on average 30 mins to complete. Then we suggest you set aside 45 mins for each time we send over designs (3x), so you can have time to let the designs sink in and put together your feedback.

Brand Exploration
I'll start by digging deep into your brand to find out what will visually attract your dream customer & successfully communicate what differentiates you from the competition. This is done in the format of a client questionnaire and internal research.
2 Brand Identity Design Concepts in the form of style scapes
Once internal research & brainstorming is conducted, I will design and present you with 2 directions your brand can go in, in the form of stylescapes. Stylescapes are a carefully collected combination of images, textures, typography, and colors to communicate a certain look and feel for your brand. They will serve as a starting point, for me to align on the overall visual direction of the brand, before I start designing.
1 Comprehensive Brand Identity Design
Following feedback and choice of the direction your brand identity should take, I will proceed to design the full brand identity for your brand. This will include logo design and variations, typography, color scheme, and extra design elements to compliment the brand and overall look and feel.
Concept Refinement
Following your feedback, I will collaborate with you to nail down the final brand identity, making sure you are getting a design in line with your vision. This is done with 2 rounds of revisions.
Brand Style Guide & Master Files
In this final phase, I will create a brand style guide as well as a master folder with all the logo files, fonts, & design elements. This is important because it means that you now have a guide you or your team can follow to make sure you keep all future marketing materials cohesive with your brand identity.
