  - Review the provided outline or storyboard to ensure clarity and readiness for development. - Identify any missing information or inconsistencies and request clarification if needed. - Deliver a confirmed project timeline and development plan.

• Course Development

  - Develop fully functional eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other client-specified platforms. - Interactive elements (e.g., branching scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, quizzes). - Professional graphics and animations aligned with the storyboard.

• Accessibility Compliance

  - Ensure the course meets accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA). - Include alt text for images, keyboard navigation, and closed captions for audio/video content.

• Revisions

  Include one or two rounds of revisions (based on the agreement) to address client feedback on the developed course.

• LMS-Ready File

  - Publish the course in SCORM, xAPI, or other required formats for LMS integration. - Test the exported file to ensure compatibility with the client’s LMS.

• Handoff & Support

  - Provide the finalized course file and all related assets (if requested). - Deliver a guide for uploading the course to the client’s LMS. - Offer limited post-delivery support (e.g., troubleshooting or minor fixes for a specified period). - Option to extend for on-going support or updates.
