I have one year of experience as a Product Manager, besides my four years as a Project Manager (1.5 at Google) and ten years as a Digital Producer.
I worked as a Product Manager at Pinktada, a high-profile marketplace for the hotel industry. I've managed the development of their MVP by organizing and cleaning up their previously messy backlog. I did that by implementing the SCRUM methodology using JIRA.
I was responsible for the following:
Connecting the founders' vision, users' requirements, and the developers' backlog; product roadmap; new features ideation; writing and refining user stories; creating and updating Jira boards; Agile BBD Development; QA and Testing; and SOP creation in Confluence.
I also worked as a Product Owner at Roomstay, a booking engine SaaS. I did the development tracking in Jira and documentation on Confluence. I was responsible for QA and cross-browser testing. I would create
Test and Learn slides with problem, observation, hypothesis, and metrics.
Also, I was responsible for establishing priorities among new features, bugs, tasks, and integration to the client's website.
I created SOPs for clients' requests, prioritization, and SLAs for client requests, i.e., MOD changes.
