Process

1. Discovery Call (15 mins) We’ll connect to review your needs, tools, and workflow. I’ll ask a few questions to ensure the support is tailored and efficient from day one.
2. Onboarding & Setup You’ll receive a welcome kit with a short intake form, tool access requests (e.g. calendar, email, CRM), and your personalized support plan.
3. Task Requests You send tasks via email, shared doc, or task manager (e.g. ClickUp or Trello). I’ll confirm each request and provide estimated timelines.
4. Weekly Support (Up to 10 Hours/Month) Ongoing help with:
Calendar & inbox management
CRM data entry
Document formatting
Light admin tasks
Turnaround for standard tasks: within 48 hours.
5. Monthly Check-In (Optional) A brief call or summary email to review progress, adjust priorities, and keep things running smoothly.
