Stop guessing why your growth feels heavy. This 90-minute diagnostic exposes the structural bottlenecks in your agency and provides the architectural 'prescription' to fix them. Clarity before reconstruction.
FAQs
I don’t build on top of mystery foundations. Jumping straight into a tool setup without knowing where the structural fractures are is how agencies end up with "expensive software that no one uses." The Diagnostic ensures that when we do build, we are fixing the right problems in the right sequence.
The Diagnostic is high-intensity but low-volume. I need 90 minutes with the Founder/Ops Lead and potentially 20–30 minutes with 1–2 key team members to see how they actually behave in your current system. My goal is to observe the "Chaos," not contribute to it.
No. This is a passive, "read-only" phase. I gain access to observe your data flow and "Shadow Work" from the outside. Nothing is touched, moved, or deleted until we agree on the Red Line Prescription.
A PM manages the work; I architect the infrastructure the work runs on. If your system is leaking margin, your PM is likely working twice as hard to get half as far. I provide the structural support they need to actually do the job you hired them for.
The logic is yours to keep. You will have a clear blueprint of your "Good Foundations" and your "Bottlenecks." You can choose to have your team execute the fix based on my plan, or you can authorize me to handle the Full Reconstruction.
If we determine that your agency is a candidate for a Full Structural Reconstruction and you choose to move forward within 30 days, 50% of the Diagnostic fee is credited toward the build. We’ve already done the heavy lifting of discovery; you shouldn’t have to pay for that stage twice.
I am tool-agnostic. I focus on the Logic first. If your current tool is the right "pillar" for your foundation, we keep it. If the tool itself is causing the "rot," I’ll recommend a replacement. I build for structural integrity, not for software trends.
Absolutely. As a systems architect, I treat your infrastructure with the same professional discretion you treat your clients' brands. I’m here to audit the structure, not the content.
Read-Only Observation: I only request "Observer" or "Guest" access. I am there to map the movement of data and the behavior of your team, not to download your sensitive files or read your private client briefs.
Process over Content: My focus is on how a task moves through your pipeline, not the specifics of what that task is. I look at the "pipes," not the "water" flowing through them.
NDA-Ready: I am happy to sign your standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide my own before we begin the Diagnostic.
Zero-Storage Policy: I don't store your internal data on my own servers. My findings are compiled into your Reality Report, which belongs to you. Once the Diagnostic is complete, you can revoke my access immediately.
