FAQs
Do we have to wait 12 weeks to see designs?
Not at all — with the agile approach, you’ll see usable designs starting in the first sprint (around week 2–3), so you can give feedback and start implementation early.
How involved do I need to be during the process?
You’ll join sprint reviews every two weeks to give feedback, approve designs, and help prioritize the backlog. Outside of that, I handle the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your role.
Can you work alongside our development team?
Yes — I collaborate closely with developers throughout the process to ensure smooth handoff, answer questions, and adapt designs as technical realities come up.
What tools do you use for design and handoff?
I work primarily in Figma for design and prototyping, and use tools like Cursor or direct Figma Inspect mode for developer handoff. I can adapt to your team’s preferred workflow.
What happens if we need to change priorities mid-sprint?
That’s the beauty of agile — we can adjust the backlog anytime between sprints. If priorities shift, we pivot without losing momentum or wasting work.
