About this service

Summary

My design workshops are fast, focused sessions that turn complex challenges into clear, actionable next steps. You’ll walk away with team alignment, a solid action plan, and tangible outputs like prototypes or concept boards — all tailored to your goals. No endless meetings, just clarity, momentum, and results.

FAQs

  • How long is a workshop?

Most sessions run between 2–4 hours, depending on the complexity of your challenge. For bigger problems, we can break it into multiple sessions to keep the energy high and outcomes sharp.

  • Do we need to prepare anything beforehand?

Yes, but I’ll guide you. Before the workshop, I’ll send a short checklist and gather any relevant context so we can hit the ground running. You don’t need to prepare slides or polish ideas — raw input is often best.

  • Can this be done remotely?

Absolutely. I facilitate workshops on tools like Miro or FigJam, making them just as interactive online as in person. Whether your team is in one room or spread across time zones, we’ll keep collaboration smooth and engaging.

  • What if we don’t solve the problem in one session?

The workshop is designed to give you clear direction, even if the problem is complex. If more work is needed, you’ll leave with a prioritized action plan and the exact next steps to keep momentum going.

  • My team isn’t “creative” — will this still work?

Yes! The process doesn’t rely on having “designers” in the room. I guide participants through structured exercises that make it easy for anyone to contribute, no matter their role or skill set.
