You have an idea, maybe some funding, and no technical co-founder. That's where I come in.
I've been the sole technical person on 20+ products — making architecture decisions, setting up infrastructure, building the product, and shipping it to real users. I don't just write code. I figure out what to build, in what order, and why, then I build it.
I work best with founders who have a clear problem they're solving but don't have the technical background to spec it out themselves. You tell me what your users need. I'll tell you what to build first, what to skip for now, and how long it will actually take.
This is a higher trust engagement than a standard dev contract. I'll push back on bad ideas, flag scope creep before it costs you money, and treat your runway like it matters.
Deliverables
Full MVP built and deployed, ready for real users
Architecture decisions documented so any future hire can understand the system
GitHub repo with clean history, yours on day one
Auth system, user roles, core feature set, and basic admin panel
Deployed on AWS or Vercel with a proper domain setup
CI/CD pipeline for future deploys without touching a terminal
2 weeks post-launch support included
Optional: I stay on as a part-time technical advisor after launch
My Process
Founder call — I learn the problem, the users, and what success looks like in 90 days
Scope and roadmap — I write a plain-English spec: what we're building, what we're skipping, timeline, and stack
Weekly builds — You get a working staging link from week one. No black box development
Feedback loops — Every week you can see and use what's been built. Changes happen before they get expensive
Launch — I handle everything: deployment, domain, credentials handed over, team briefed
Optional retainer — I stay involved part-time as your product grows if you need it
