We'll meet once a month to review the previous month, get clear on objectives for the upcoming month, and make room for select priorities.

I'll create or update business reports and KPI dashboards to support internal operations, sales, and/or marketing, as needed.

I work with leaders and team members to plan out long-term projects, helping to create timelines, identify resources needed, communicate updates, track progress, and other conduct other project management duties.

I will coordinate and co-plan team meetings, help prepare project briefs, and communicate with team members asynchronously.

I will review the businesses and make recommendations for updates that get the business closer to its strategic goals.
