Providing OBM retainer services including business KPI dashboard setup, metrics reporting and working with teams to improve processes for efficient business operations.

Process

Step 1 - Connection Call We'll meet on a video call to talk about your business and see if working together is a good fit. Step 2 - Business Operations Plan Our work together starts with a 1-3 week business ops audit (for retainer work) or a strategy session (for shorter, definitive projects). I'll look over key areas of operation and create a custom, prioritized plan for our future work together to help us make the most impactful improvements. Step 3 - Setting the Plan in Motion I will start implementing the plan we develop, setting key milestones and check-in points to keep you and your team in the loop as we get going.

What's included

Monthly Business Planning Sessions
We'll meet once a month to review the previous month, get clear on objectives for the upcoming month, and make room for select priorities.
Metrics & Reporting
I'll create or update business reports and KPI dashboards to support internal operations, sales, and/or marketing, as needed.
Project Planning
I work with leaders and team members to plan out long-term projects, helping to create timelines, identify resources needed, communicate updates, track progress, and other conduct other project management duties.
Team Meetings & Team Communication
I will coordinate and co-plan team meetings, help prepare project briefs, and communicate with team members asynchronously.
Process Improvement Recommendatioins
I will review the businesses and make recommendations for updates that get the business closer to its strategic goals.
