I will set up or optimize your process(es) in your project management tool. Depending on the scope, we can include reusable templates, native automations, and integrations to share information between tools.

I will record a video or screenshare meeting walking through the tool setup or updates, explain the structure and features, and answering questions that you have about the changes.

I am able to provide additional documentation or additional trainings on best practices, team communication, and client communication. *I'm also happy to coordinate individual training sessions for your virtual assistant (VA) or operations manager on the day-to-day usage.
