Working together over time

We use the first month to learn the product, agree priorities and establish a working rhythm. A three-month minimum gives us time to apply that context across several rounds of work.

For a single project, the Product Design Sprint is $4,500. It can also help you assess the working relationship before deciding on a retainer.

How it actually works

Week 0 is the intake. I learn your product, your stack, your priorities, your tone.

From week 1 forward, you bring requests via Slack or a shared queue. We prioritize together weekly. I ship continuously. Monthly review at the end of each cycle.

Pricing logic

Sized to your throughput:

$6,000/month (standard): ~25 hours, the entry-level engagement. The price most retainers start at.

$7,500/month (active): ~32 hours, more throughput.

$9,000/month (heavy): ~40 hours, max active engagement.

Three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice to scale or stop. Additional capacity above included hours bills at the studio overflow rate ($185/hour).

Why this works

Any credit beyond the approved $2,000 audit credit must be agreed in the written proposal. The audit fee credits once toward the next engagement starting within 30 days of the audit readout. Existing agreed terms are preserved.
