  If you require more than the included two rounds of revisions, we can discuss additional adjustments for an extra fee.

  In the unlikely event that none of the three concepts resonate with you, we can discuss next steps, such as creating new options for an additional fee.

• Do you offer refunds if I’m not happy with the result?

  Due to the custom nature of the work, I don’t offer refunds, but I strive to ensure you’re happy through the revision process.

  Yes! You’ll get your logo in all the necessary formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and EPS, suitable for web, social media, and print, so you can use it wherever you need.

  I’ll provide a simple guide with dos and don’ts to ensure your logo stays consistent and professional wherever you use it.

• How do we communicate throughout the process?

  All communication is handled in writing — through email or messaging. This helps streamline the process and keep everything clear and organized.

• Do you offer phone or video calls?

  No, this service is designed to be as efficient as possible, so all communication is written, ensuring no time is wasted on calls.

• Can you help me design business cards or other materials?

  Yes! While this service is focused on logo design, I offer additional services like business card design and more. Just ask!

• What if I need a full brand identity later on?
