I've had clients who came with one tough question where we worked through the customer journey, customer service headaches and several possible solutions until we hit the nail on the head. But I've also had clients that came with a full sheet of questions that we quickly crossed off the list. You're in control of the questions being asked and get to guide the topic of conversation.
Is this a good way to learn how to use Kajabi?
Absolutely! You will share your screen and guide the mouse so you're building muscle memory as you work. Plus you'll get the recording so that you can duplicate the process at any time.
What's included
1-Hour Consultation Call
Do you need something done right away? Or are you stuck on some of the techie things on the back end of Kajabi and just need someone to point you in the right direction? Or maybe you want some time with a trusted expert who's worked with many Kajabi users in your shoes so that you can talk through the mechanics and strategy of your customer journey. This package includes: - 1 hour Zoom call to help you with anything from strategy to email sequences. - A recording of the call that you can reference whenever you need a refresher. - If you have a task you know you'll do regularly but not often enough to remember how to do it then holler and I'll make a Loom recording for you that you can keep on hand.
